CAMS
Confederation of Australian Motorsport CAMS (the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport) is the body accredited by the FIA (Federation Internationale l’Automobile) for the running of motor sport in Australia. See www.cams.com.au.
I have been a member of numerous CAMS committees and sub committees over many years, including the National Rally Panel, and have held the post of Series Director for the Australian Rally Championship.
I am currently a member of the CAMS Tarmac Rally Working group, and was responsible for chairing a group to develop the current vehicle eligibility rules for tarmac rallying.
I am happy to assist with advice on tarmac rally technical matters, or for that matter any motor sport queries, but if the query requires an official ruling it must first be addressed to the appropriate CAMS department.
